• I oppose commercialization of the outdoors, whether through profiteering groups like Cornell Outdoor Education or their false "student" fronts like Wilderness Reflections. Our public lands are one of our few resources not yet entirely monetized by corporate interests. But if we don't oppose them, they'll finish the process they have already begun. I intend to ensure that the Cornell community continues to know there is an option to the "for pay" model of exploring the outdoors.
