Spring Salamander Expedition

After our regular Tuesday dinner, we mounted a herpetology expedition in lieu of climbing to watch salamanders have sex. Four of us went to the Bull Pasture ponds at Cornell where we found a mating frenzy in one of the vernal ponds. Two others went to help establish a safe salamander crossing zone near vernal ponds just off campus.
